Josh Swing

Josh Swing helps fulfill the vision of Wildsparq by empowering organizations to create movements of multiplying leaders within their culture and for the good of their people. 

Always smiling, always willing to learn, and then share his newfound wisdom with others, Josh has partnered with Chick-fil-A by speaking at the Support Center, Female Operator Gathering, Chick-fil-A Metro DC Operator Retreat, and Chick-fil-A Houston Leadership Conference. 

Outside of Chick-fil-A, he has spent time adding value to organizations such as C12, Association of Christian Schools International, Travel Nurses Across America, Association for Talent Development, and many others.

He also serves as the host of The Secret Sauce Podcast where he interviews Chick-fil-A Operators about the unique ways they add value and positively influence their teams.

He graduated from Bethel University (TN) where he was an NAIA scholar-athlete playing basketball while earning a degree in Business Management. 

Josh and his wife, Erin, now reside in Birmingham, AL where they have 3 kids, Elliott (4) and Graham (2), plus their newborn Palmer (6 months). You'll typically find him nerding out on leadership content, playing "the floor is lava" with his kids, or serving on the board of directors for youth basketball leagues in his community.
